Mia here and I am A Sassy Florist! 

What began as a simple hobby – arranging flowers alongside friends and family – soon transformed into a deep passion and a calling. Having had a career in events, I found the most joy in knowing that I had a hand in creating lasting experiences between individuals. Now, that same desire is translated into my floral arrangements.

I wanted to do away with perfectly manicured presentations. Instead, I draw my inspiration from nature, finding beauty amongst the uncontrollable. Each arrangement is constructed with a free-spirited approach, emulating a similar rawness to my sources. I take pride in the fact that my bouquets aren’t just a pretty centrepiece for you to look at – they have character!


My clients mean the world to me and I go the extra mile to make sure all your special dates are covered (having saved multiple marriages in the process)! Sustainability and a green approach are also an important stance I take in my practice; I’ve removed unnecessary plastic from the equation by making sure all materials in my studio are biodegradable.
